April 10th

This date is kind of a big deal. Its one of my favorite days...

Four years ago it was the day I became a wife.

 

I could gush all day long about this man who rescued me, loves me more (or so he claims) and has made life better. Instead, just look at this picture and know life married to Nik is as wonderful as this makes it look...actually, its better.

Three years ago it was the day I became a mommy. 

 

This precious baby was welcomed into our world and its never been the same. I did not fully know joy, exhaustion, or this kind of deep relentless love until I met my Westley.

At first, I was a little overwhelmed by how I would celebrate our wedding anniversary and Wes' birthday, being on the same day...but am realizing how its not really about what we do, instead, for me, its the day I get to celebrate two amazing guys and the day they changed my life.
